National BioTechnology week is September 17th ~ 24th. In Prince Edward Island the BioScience industry, through the Department of Innovation and Advanced Learning (Innovation PEI), PEI BioAlliance and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, will be holding a series of “lunch and learns” in support of students and teachers in Island schools.

During the week of September 21st-24th a series of four “lunch and learns” will be held in Island high schools who will play host to sister schools. The information sessions for interested teachers and science students will overview the BioScience industry in PEI, provide information on the new high school Science Fair format and present this years launch information for the sanofi-aventis BioTalent Challenge.

We look forward to participating in support of BioTechnology week and kicking off our SABC for the upcoming school year.
